SHIPPING POLICY & RETURNS Free shipping on orders over $99 shipped within the lower 48 states* USPS shipping starts at $4.99 and is available on all orders* $9.95 UPS Ground Shipping option available on orders under $99 99% of all orders ship same day if placed by 12pm * Orders weighing more than 10.0 lbs and over $99 qualify for free UPS Ground. Orders weighing less than 10.0 lbs and over $99 may upgrade to UPS Ground for $3.95. * Our USPS shipping option starts at $4.99 and is available for all orders, including non-contiguous orders, and is calculated based on the weight of your order. Transit time is typically 2-3 business days longer than UPS Ground. * Orders over $99 and less than 10.0 lbs qualify for free UPS Transit time is typically 2-3 business days longer than UPS Ground. * UPS is overwhelmed and has implemented a "Peak Surcharge". We’ve absorbed several increases and can’t absorb this one so we are splitting the difference with our customers. UPS surcharges may fluctuate and do not qualify for free shipping offers. * Our UPS Ground Shipping option is $9.95 for orders under $99 and is free on orders over $99 that weigh 10.0 lbs or more. Average transit time is 1-2 business days via UPS Ground. Transit Times & Delivery Transit times are not guaranteed, for estimated transit times, proceed to checkout and enter your shipping zip code to view your estimated delivery date. Every product shipped via UPS Ground is packed in accordance with UPS shipping standards and is insured for the value of the product(s). All shipping claims will be filed directly with UPS. Non-Contiguous Addresses Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Military APO addresses are shipped via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated in your cart and are based on weight and shipping address. Track Your Order As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipment including your tracking number(s) so that you can track your shipment online. Return Policy We offer returns on Clothing items only. NO RETURNS on Bathing Suits, Lingerie or Jewelry. We offer returns within 3 business days of you receiving your order. To initiate your return please email us at contact@BrandHUB.store Use "return" as your subject line Please include your order number, name, email address, shipping and/or billing address (if they were different), and reason for return in the body of your email. Item(s) must be returned in the condition they were sold with original packaging and tags in place, and be approved by our BrandHUB Thrift. Refunds will be issued once we receive the item back at the store. We will provide Shipping instructions via email once the return is approved. Returns are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 3-7 business days to post after your return has been received and approved, depending on what form of payment was used.
